Its core testing capabilities cover: steering wheel mechanical performance tests, environmental aging tests, durability tests, functional safety tests, etc. The tests are conducted in accordance with standards such as ISO 12097, QC/T 563, and OEM customer standards.Our company has introduced high-performance and high-precision testing equipment from home and abroad, such as: MTS dynamic stiffness testing machines, torsional strength testing machines, bending and torsional fatigue testing machines (6-degree-of-freedom loading (axial + radial + torsional)), horn sounding testing machines, high and low temperature environmental chambers (temperature control range: -40℃~150℃), etc.
