Its core testing capabilities cover: airbag performance tests, environmental aging tests, dynamic impact performance tests, etc. The tests are conducted in accordance with standards such as ISO 12097, GB/T 19949, GB/T 38795, and OEM customer standards. Our company has introduced high-performance and high-precision testing equipment from home and abroad, such as: high-speed cameras (≥100,000 frames per second), Additium linear impact test systems (multi-axis acceleration sensors (±1%)), Microsys airbag static deployment testing machines (data acquisition frequency ≥1MHz (supporting multi-channel synchronous acquisition)), high and low temperature environmental chambers (temperature control range: -40℃~150℃), etc.
