Individual piece traceability, personnel information traceability, etc. It is equipped with the capability to prevent incorrect or missing assembly.

Airbag laser cutting, airbag sewing, airbag assembly

Annual output of 12 million airbag assemblies in 2025
Personnel：
Direct personnel: over 500, with an annual growth rate of 40%
Error prevention and traceability in the assembly process:
Imported laser cutting machines, industry-leading sewing equipment, unique traceability of individual parts, collection of personnel information and data information, etc.;
Process automation equipment assembly, and error-proof identification of process equipment;
Steering Wheel Division
Process classification：
Die casting, foaming, sewing and cutting, genuine leather wrapping, final assembly
Production capacity：
Annual production capacity of 5 million units
Personnel：
Direct personnel: over 380; indirect management, technical and process personnel: over 50
Error prevention and traceability in the assembly process:
Individual piece traceability and precise traceability of core materials. Equipped with image inspection, as well as hardware and sensor-based prevention of incorrect or missing assembly.
Electronics Division
Process classification：
It has SMT automatic placement and welding, DIP plug-in welding, PCBA testing and programming, controller assembly and testing, steering wheel switch assembly and testing, and wire harness assembly and testing.
Production capacity：
Annual production capacity of 3 million units
Personnel：
Direct personnel: over 100; indirect management, process and technical personnel: over 30
Process error prevention and traceability:
PCBA placement process error prevention, assembly process error prevention, 100% functional detection via FCT & EOLT, and MES-based individual piece traceability
