The Testing Center is committed to R&D verification, performance testing, and reliability evaluation of our company's passive safety systems, providing comprehensive technical support for our R&D efforts.The main testing objects of the Testing Center include: seatbelt assemblies and their retractors, buckle locks, webbings, and other products. Its core testing capabilities cover: seatbelt performance tests (locking performance, mechanical strength performance), environmental aging tests, durability verification, dynamic performance tests, etc. The tests are conducted in accordance with standards such as ECE R16, GB14166, FMVSS209, TL82500, and OEM customer standards.Our company has introduced high-performance and high-precision testing equipment from home and abroad, such as: ATOS locking performance testing machine, retractor fatigue testing machine (vehicle-sensing acceleration 6g, belt-sensing acceleration 1g), high and low temperature environmental chamber (temperature control range: -40℃~150℃), pendulum testing machine (maximum impact energy 300J), Seattle Sled (maximum speed: 90kph; maximum acceleration: 104g), MESSRING sled (maximum speed: 90kph; maximum acceleration: 80g), dummies (Hybrid-III 95th/50th/R16), etc.
