On May 18, 2025, the inauguration ceremony for the renovated headquarters building of Songyuan Safety, themed "A Decade of Steadfast Dedication · Embarking on a New Chapter", kicked off amid great anticipation. The company's senior management, heads of various business divisions, and all office staff in the building gathered at the venue to jointly witness this historic moment.
At the ceremony, in addition to the solemn ritual segments, there were specially set up interactive check-in areas and a blessing wall. Starting from the original aspiration of "nurturing people through a positive environment," the Songyuan team has created numerous industry miracles on this fertile ground, helping the company grow from a rising star in the industry to a leader in the global automotive passive safety systems sector.
Renovated and Upgraded, Marching Toward High-Quality Development
The upgraded headquarters building deeply integrates intelligent office systems with low-carbon and environmentally friendly designs. Meanwhile, it further advances lean 5S management, optimizes the corporate culture system, and fully aligns with world-class enterprise standards.
In the promotion of management requirements, Yu Houyu, Director of the Management Center, emphasized: "The environment is a silent mentor, and actions are the strongest declaration—let 5S standards become habits, and let management innovation flow in our veins; compliance by an individual is the bottom line, while joint governance by all is the highest standard—use the responsibility chain to secure safety, and use the collaboration network to activate innovation; renovation starts from the 'heart'—upgrade cognition to break bad habits, and integrate knowledge with action to build a new journey." He called on all employees to become the "primary responsible persons" for building management and jointly maintain an efficient, safe, and sustainable smart space.
During the release of the 5S Management Red and Yellow Lines, Ru Fang, Manager of the Administrative Management Department, explained the new regulations in detail: those who cross the "red line" will face severe punishment, and those who cross the "yellow line" will be given warnings. The new version of the system integrates "lean, humanized, and digital" concepts into daily management, demonstrating Songyuan's determination to safeguard its culture through systems.
Li Lixiang, Senior Manager of the Injection Molding Business Division, and Jiang Liang, Senior Manager of the Lean Production Department, shared their practical experience respectively. Manager Li reviewed the hard work during the audit by a key customer, emphasizing that "high standards and strong execution" are the inherent qualities of Songyuan people.
Combining his own career growth trajectory since joining Songyuan, Manager Jiang analyzed the company's core competitiveness from the perspective of an "insider" and pointed out the key path for continuous optimization: "Lean is not just a tool, but a belief that requires the participation of all employees."

Facing the cake symbolizing a bright future, the Chairman, together with Zhao Hong, General Manager of the R&D Center, and Ethan, Deputy General Manager of the Quality Center, jointly cut the cake that represents ten years of achievements and a new journey. The host emotionally explained: “This cut symbolizes the sweetness of our hard work; this cut ushers in a new chapter for Songyuan as a world-class enterprise!” The entire audience unanimously wished “Songyuan Safety a long and prosperous future,” pushing the atmosphere to a climax.
